Refund policy

Returns

We want you to be as happy with your new furniture purchase as we are in selling it to you! That's why we have a 7 day "No Hassle" return policy.

Our "No Hassle" return policy lasts 7 days from the date of purchase. If 7 days have gone by since the date of your purchase, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund. Please note we can only accept returns on furniture coming from smoke free homes. 

All returns not exchanged for furniture will carry a 20% restocking fee.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customersupport@myfurnitureplace.com.

Sale items
Due to their very nature, we cannot refund differences in price between any item(s) ordered and item(s) that have gone on sale. In other words, we don't know when an item is going to be on sale by the manufacturer so we can't price match items found on our sale pages.
