Guardian understands that a new furniture purchase is an important decision and investment. Guardian offers Furniture Protection Plans that allow you to relax and enjoy the beauty and comfort of your new furniture without the worry of life's little accidents.
How the Protection Plan Works
If a covered stain occurs, simply call the toll free customer service line (800-527-8485) within 30 days of the incident. Guardian may send a cleaning kit or schedule a service technician to come to your home to provide one of the following services, all at no cost to you!
- Professional cleaning for covered accidental stains
- Full item replacement if unable to clean
Protection Plan Details
The Guardian Protection Plan is designed to cover accidental stains or damages that occurred from a specific incident. Only the accidents listed in the above columns are covered under this Guardian Plan.
Summary of Protection Plan Exclusions
- Any pet damage
- General soiling and accumulation of stains
- Unknown stains
- Normal wear
- Surface scratches
How to Get My Protection Plan Documents
You will receive a copy of your protection plan documents via the email address that you provided to your retailer at the time of your purchase. You may also view your documents online by visiting GuardianProducts.com and clicking on the "My Plan Documents" button. Please review the terms and conditions of your plan. How to Submit a Service Request
- Call customer service within 30 days if a covered stain occurs.
- Have your itemized receipt and Plan documents in hand.
- Be prepared to describe the incident, including the size, location and when and how it occurred. A photo may be requested to better assist with your service.
